In this Dessert 201: An Advanced Pastry Chef Course, your child will learn how to prepare three globallhy inspired desserts from scratch! Learn the basics of what makes a delectable dessert by creating it in this very hands on class designed for advanced young chefs.

RECIPE LINE-UP:

December 2nd: Spanish Empanada de Manzana (Apple Pies) + Sorbette de Manzana

December 9th: Strawberry Chocolate Beanie Blondies + Strawberry Sour Cream Soft Serve

December 16th: German Chocolate Cake Sandwiches + Coconut Cream Syrup + Coco-Loco-Cocoa Na-Na-Na Smoothies

This class is open to the public to children of all ages. Please note that this course is for more advanced young chefs in training. We highly recommend taking Dessert 101 prior to taking this course!

Calling all budding Master Chefs! Our 201 cooking courses are a series of classes designed to expand your COOL'inary knowledge and skills. Get ready to push your creative limits as we dive into new recipes together. These classes are for children and young adults eager to learn how to master the art of scratch cooking and creating your own recipes. Let's turn your culinary eduation up a notch!

Types of sessions include: Pastas & Sauces from Scratch, Quick Bread Baking, Desserts (Pastry Chef Prep) and cuisines from various regions around the world!
