- Milk: Use rice milk or soy milk instead, just bear in mind that rice milk is thinner and soy milk is thicker. You may need to adjust amounts accordingly.
- Wheat: Use gluten free flour instead, e.g. King Arthur's Gluten Free Measure for Measure Flour.
- Eggs: Use 1/4 cup applesauce for every egg.
